Carnbrook Road, Kidbrooke
This ex-council apartment required more than some plumbing and a lick of paint to transform it into someone’s “home”. The split level apartment required knocking down a few walls on the ground floor to create a generous living/dining area. The gas services had to be relocated and the Gas board had to be appointed. A new MF system suspended ceiling has been installed on the ground floor finished with plasterboard and skim plaster. A feature fire place, laminate flooring and bespoke kitchen completed the ground floor. On the first floor a bigger bathroom has been created by demolishing the partition wall between toilet room and existing bathroom. Built in wardrobes and column radiators have been installed throughout the property.
